Dog daycare franchise Central Bark has a new location in Oakdale and will celebrate its grand opening on Saturday.
Located at 3115 N. Hadley Avenue, Central Bourke Oakdale offers a full range of activities, lodging and dog grooming services. Dog daycare co-owner Angie Holbrook said the 7,000-square-foot indoor facility has four playgrounds, a full grooming salon, and a nap room for dogs to rest.
“We are so excited to open the door in this way so that dog owners in Oakdale and the surrounding area can get a hands-on taste of our unique approach to holistic canine care.” Holbrook said in a company news release.
The Grand Opening Festival takes place Saturday from 11am to 2pm with tours of the indoor and outdoor facilities. Dogs have plenty of activities and free nail clippers. For pet parents, there are food his trucks, raffles and dog adoptions by Secondhand Hounds, according to the release.
