Finding a good doggy daycare to make sure your pup is well cared for can be difficult, but a Calgary Doggy Bus is looking to change that.
Denzel Morrison founded Ruff and Puff and said that his inspiration for the company was quite simple.
“I started the bus because, well, obviously I love dogs! My parents have a dog rescue, so I’ve been involved and helping with dogs for a long time,” she explains. “I had an image in my head a couple of years ago of a school type bus full of dogs going to school and I thought that was the best idea. I wasn’t wrong haha, it’s been great.”
Morrison says the bus has been set up to ensure it’s a safe ride for your furry best friend.
“I’ve added little safety features like retractable doors and also the new dogs are clipped in via harnesses.”

Ruff and Puff
Once your furry friend is picked up from the bus, Ruff and Puff take the dogs to a private, fenced-in dog park. The park is for Ruff and Puff pups only, a controlled environment for your best friend to have fun.

Once playtime is over, the dogs will be dropped off at their home again so they can rest and dream about all the fun they had.
Ruff and Puff also offers one-on-one dog training to help with your dog’s manners, food impulse control, and much more. There’s even a discounted rate for pups that ride and play on the bus!

The company charges $35 for your dog to ride and play on the bus, with a pack of 10 passes available at a reduced price. The walk and the game last between two and four hours.
And as if this couldn’t get any sweeter, 10% of all funds go to the dog rescue run by Morrison’s parents, the CB Rescue Foundation.
